Make Poverty History Manitoba (MPHM) has written a letter to the Minister of Families Rochelle Squires. MPHM believes that support for Manitoba’s families, particularly those living in poverty, will be crucial as the Province of Manitoba continues to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and its social and economic impacts, and we anticipate the Minister’s term will be focused on addressing these serious challenges.

- Let her know about our provincial priority areas (including a link to our recommendations for the forthcoming income support program for people with disabilities)
- Shared our recommendations to avoid a poverty & homelessness crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic.
